Hello,
I got this phone yesterday, was quite scared about problems with ringtone default restoring and wifi strength that I had read, but I experienced no such problem at all. The phone is great. Especially in the wi-fi, i see many people complaining, but i am on the second floor, quite far from the router, where even my computer does not have full strength, and wifi is super fast and connectivity robust (3/4 to 4/4).

Having some quite serious problem, after sometimes the phone gallery can't view all the photo inside the camera folder or whatever picture ... Have to reboot and wait for awhile then only comes back. I tried change to other memory card and still the same. But those photo can browse by using file explorer ....

AK, 10 Jan 2013good phone, but camera quality is very poor, it seems a VGA... moreplease dont compare with SII, SII use AMOLED..camera for OT-997D is consider good for me..

i have seen complains about the celxis company, some were saying they did not receive their purchased products and they ignored the customer after receiving their money. am looking for a dealer in hongkong to send it to me in Kenya but no luck yet.

good phone, but camera quality is very poor, it seems a VGA camera is up-sampled to make it 8MP. Display brightness is also not as good as Galaxy S2 (which has the same pixel density)

Have you faced to the problem next 2 problems?
#1: Using Viber over WLAN the voice quality is horrible. The called side hears a kind of "robotic" voice... Does anyone else have this problem too?
#2: When SIM1 in use, and I'm trying to call SIM2 I get back "the user is not available" message. How to solve this problem? I want to hear at least the busy tone, or would be better to see the normal ring (and see on the phone that someone is calling me on the other SIM).

It's an amazing phone. ... moreYou must know,it's about,are you using one or two sim cards,and are you using ring-droid preinstalled in your phone.I use two sim cards,but I turn off one every afternoon,than phone looses all assigned ring tones to contacts,but Alcatel has all ready preinstalled ring-droid where you "make"your contacts or phone ring tones,so you must choose them again,if you turn off one sim card like I do,sorry if I couldn't help you more.
