The images shot by this phone are identical to the S853. Which for a 1.3 megapixel camera are "ok" nothing groundbreaking... but ok, so its not "bad" either.

      Hi Fred
If you want FM, get the ITech Clip 2, which comes with it and fully supported by the A2DP Broadcom bluetooth chip this phone sports.

I've seen this phone once up-close and would've bought it but it didn't have an fm receiver. Another question, does the blue bandR from itech (which is promoted with this phone in the Philippines) have fm capabilities? I'm planning to replace my ot-t710 with this one.

If TCL can ramp out the production and sell it in all countries I am sure this phone would be a success for them. For the price it's really difficult to find a phone with such features, design and quality. But pls put back the time display when the phone is in standby mode (when the screen blanks out in total blackness when phone's not in use)as I am not sure if it's still switched on or not!

Check out the Battery life of OTC825.. i think u can expect playing more than 15 hours.. unlike nokia ,samsung, ericsson phones.. ( i tried more than 12 hours and it is still goin strong)

Similar phones are currently under development for the EU market as a new S model.

The OT-T608 looks like a production model, surprisingly for me it has the "Music Mobile by Alcatel" label at the back. I always thought the T Series are strictly PDA business class.

There's a collection of photos for the OT-T608..it looks so good. Go to google and type in OT-T608 and in one of the results you can see the pics (the websites are mostly in mandarin). I can't put the link here as it will surely be deleted.

Yes that means the regular 3.5 plugs are supported.
