i just used the ordinary in-ear (gel type) earphone plugs from genius labs, (he he he.... poked out from my pc!) Yeah true according to my own listening ear it flushed out my nano's performance... i compared it & used as jack-auxillary in to my JVC stereo system... a big nono for my nano... this time my alcatel loved the mainstream as the pro for my listening pleasure, hey i have my iRiver, treKK, samsung cube, creative muvo ( yeah i own a lot of mp3 players) but they cant beat the sound out mechanism of my alcatel.... that's for sure. Thankzi every body.... sawadee...

Thx for the info DON, that means it does support, the cable from the usb convert in a 3.5mm audi jack right? ya i do agree using a bluetooth headset, using cable would be very messy. any how thx guys... will be buying this phone soon. ^^

There's an usb handsfree dongle that can be connected to the phone's usb port (duh), and there's a port for the standard stereo headphone on the dongle itself. It's better to get a stereo bluetooth headset coz if you connect normal wired headphones to it the cord would be so long it's annoying.

Don't worry the keyboard lock locks all the buttons, including the dedicated music controls.

I really like this phone and I'm planning to buy one soon.
But I was wondering, is there some kind of lock for the music buttons? I don't want the music start, if the play button is accidentally pushed when I'm in a lecture or something
I hope these buttons can be locked for safety

Oh ok, Thx for the info DON, just 1 more simple question to ask u guys, does the OT-C825 can pulg-in and normal ear phone with 3.5mm audio-jack? does it support? just wanna know... thx guys

Hi Tommy. A few weeks ago I was comparing the speakerphone quality of the OT-C825 with my friends' SE K750i and the Alcatel lost. It sounds tinny by comparison but you do have to take into account that the Alcatel is cheaper, and that with a decent headphone, it will sound a lot better.

I think ferdz got carried away :) The sound is good, but of course you still can't beat a IPod for sound quality.

every body in the haus ..... turn your graphic EQ to TREBLE setting it's the super dooper mega hyper resonant sound that will come out and knocks down with your jaw dropped with awesome surprise.... even if you use the built in speaker, earphone or BOOST your listening pleasure by jacking it out with 3.5mm stereo with two ended RCA phono jack and pump it to your stereo system.... i'll tell you.... you will say good bye to your mp3 players

I would advise you to visit www.cellatel.com they are the US importer of Alcatel and they will be able to tell you if this phone features the Spanish language in the US and most importantly where you can purchase it.

hello!!! does anyone know if this marvelous technology jewel supports spanish language? I would like to buy one in NYC but it is absolutely imperative to be able to offer a spanish menu interface. Any help would be appreciated. also where in NYC can I buy low priced unlocked cell phones??? Tnahk you!!!
