Yoyo I just bought this phone, for RM770 with 1 gig RAM (USD 222), so if there's anything you guys wants to know ask me.
Pros: good quality, decent price, good features, unique design
Cons: Horrendous earplugs, unintuitive software

qnis, in BG Handy sold this phone for 200 lv with contract (5 lv/monts), 280 lv without contract. Phone + 1 gb card

German fact sheet says that the phone support 1 GB micro SD, some users said 2 GB works too, but I would opt to go safe and get the 1GB card.

Hey guys and gals just got the phone 2day, actually someone gave it to me :). My 1st alcatel phone. Well its a slider phone and its great the screen are sharp the menu are fast and slick can record unlimited video time, the sound bit tad light but you can adjust the Equalizer though. The buttons are good and smooth only if u have big fingers a bit annoying. Camera 1.3Mxp with no flash but you can adjust the features of it. Video I think can play 30fps which is good and can watch full on the 2inch screen.Using MicroSD and yeah the processor its fast and can play audio on bluetooth headset A2DP. Anyway its a great phone a great alternative to the likes of Nokia and SonyEricsson.
P/S: I'm from Malaysia and its launching next week I got this phone with a 1GB MicroSD yup browsing is good and Java handless pretty well. Ok be back now playing with tha Phone ):P!!!

Not to worry, the phone is available. Protel just has some issues with units that are held up at local customs. But the phone is out and available.

The model is officialy available as of this month (June) you can buy it at your local Alcatel Carrier or online at www.protel.de
