dende, just take your unit to versatile and let them check it. Versatile is alcatel's authorized service center. You can also go to RC Goldline or Berlein. They are also alcatel's authorized service center by Versatile.

hi!i just bought this cp and its a good phone but i have one problem.everytime i received pictures via bluetooth i always ended up with a message: "Memory full. Do you want to select the other disk?" even if i select memory card or phone memory still im having the same results.filesize is only 18kb. what seems to be problem?can anyone help me? thanks in advance. cheers!

any one knows about service her in philippines, my problem is not charging, i think the usb connector inside the phone is damage, it is in or out warranty?

karen, thank you for sharing your experience with this phone. But let me remind you that your experience is good and is believable but sad to say this is very opposite to the other poster here who claimed that his unit have had the board broken but according to him he did not misused it. Thanks.

know what...i dropped this phone for several times..but thank God it's still in good condition..hahaha..i love this phone though..i put 2 gig micro sd unlike other phones like nokia or samsung it will hang or log in downloading the applications. they prefer to use 512mb..but mine..i never experience that kind of thing..hahaha.. i stored movies, esp bleach episodes, 400+ mp songs. i can play the song with subwoofer..hehew..but downloading new themes is not applicable..hahay..but still this phone is cool...=)

Custom themes... do NOT work on the phone.
The firmware can be checked by looking at the production sticker at the back of the phone underneath the battery.
