I know this is the opinion section but I couldn't find anywhere else to ask and have 2 questions about the phone 1.) How do I save pictures people have sent me in text? Yesterday my bf text me a couple selfies and I would like to save them on my phone but the only options it seems to give me are to set as contact photo or set as lockscreen, gallery or google+ wallpaper. 2.) Is there a bin folder or anything I can use to recover photo's/videos I have deleted?

But if any of this are not done and if it is under warranty period, then you are entitled to a free service .
If all this does not help , then sell it and buy something better with at least 1 \ 2 gb of ram and 8 \ 16gb rom and 5 ' ' display . will be 100 times better

MI am ready to throw this phone at the wall. I hate it. Would never buy Another one. Have to press end call about 3-4 times. Just as I was ending a call it we t to camera, playing a game it keeps getting adds ppop up, press the back button half dozen times or any he other buttons to get out of the pp and it goes to something else or press to open an app and get something else. So over it. Have only had
it for about 8 weeks of that. Think I will take it back and get a refund.

then it is best to contact an authorized service center. Now I do not know how old is your son , but I would like to point out that perhaps this phone does not meet the needs of your son ,
because we know that children love to play games , but these new games are seeking bigger and bigger performances, that means newer and expensive phones and his friends are missing to have a better phone that can support these games , so i advise you to examine the case, because I was in the same situation - my first daughter complained that the phone loses signal , I can not get it because loses network and finally told us her phone stolen (or so she told us) to the end to get a new and better phone

This is mom.. our son has this phone and recently having issues and is only 2 months old..he is having issues with the sound.some times we cannot hear him and not know why..

I bought a pixi 3 for a friend it kept phoning contacts on its own
Optus sent it back to you you repaired it sent it back same thing happened also kept cutting phone calls off its back with you am waiting to get it back
