I bought this phone on 10th January 2016 today on 20th January 2016 it hanged completely. I am so pissed off completely.

there may be a misunderstanding
seems to have salesmen right
if you have your old phone and it shows you the contacts
does not mean that the contacts stored in the SIM card ,
but they are in the old phone memory
now you need to transfer it all contacts to a new sim cart
to behold
a new SIM to put in your old phone
and transfer all the contacts in it
then remove the SIM from old phone
and put in a new phone
now all contacts are there

starman, 07 Jan 2016how do you remove old messages on this stupid phone?To delete old messages on this stupid phone, you need to open messaging , then in down - left or right- corner press menu button ,and you see delete messages ,select one or more and press in up bin icon to delete ,
Pretty simple for such a dumb phone, Android smart or (stupid) phone

AnonD-219806, 21 Dec 2015You can root it using kingroot Do root on your phone, and leaves the door open in operating system and eventually become a victim of the virus that will take overos of the phone and after the phone becomes a brick and you will do complain about how this phone is the worst of all.
also that when you do a root then you lose guarantee of the phone . for you to make more rom space , then delete some of the applications you dont use and those that are in the system can not be explicitly deleted , but you can do disable
facebook , messenger , snapchat , etc running in the background and are the largest consumer of RAM emory and battery

When I bought my Pixie 3 Alcatel phone last week last week I asked shop girl to load on to new SIM card my old data from my ancient cell=-phone: contacts etc. Now I get message that my SIM card is full, yet I can find no contact list, and only six old text messages from September. Been back twice to shop, and each time a different staff member tells me SIM card is empty, and it does not hold old text messages. I keep telling them they are wrong, and ask them to load "full" SIM card on to their computer and check it, but they tell me they cannot do that! What can I do? Adrian at and 027 5422167

So far I have done everything with this phone you can do with a Galaxy and more. One thing and this because it is a tracfone I can't factory unlock it. I have rooted it loaded it with over a hundred songs plus recordings off the radio feature. I have more apps then you can count three times over on yours hands and toes. The camera is just okay. Has a nice little iPhone 5 kind of feel. Lightweight to light for me. But really good phone for the price. I am a phone buff, I buy/sell/repair. I'm sad to say I am selling it. It has been a good lil buddy.😞

False publication, 10 Nov 2015This phone does not have 5MP of camera. It only comes with 2MP.There's a 3G and a 4G model, that's why it had 5MP/2MP camera. If you look beneath it you will see that the secondary camera is VGA.
