I got my one touch for 4 month now, so my wifi works perfectly after a week i connected it's say is connected but no intetnet access is there any solutions that u can help fix this issue pls

Please help me I rooted my alcatel pop c3 and unroot it but when I try to update the firmware it saying that the phone has detected it was root and won't update when I click continue it just stay at 0% and failed keep popin up my status bar what should I do

I have a Alcatel pop C3 I rooted it an install a custom ROM.after I tried to flash it back to stockI was able to flash it back to stock but I blocked my phone I'm currently living in st. Lucia how can i unblock my phone but I can receive calls and messages but I can need help someone

Just got this phone last week and it's amazing. The pictures online really don't do it justice. It looks far better in real life and it's capable of so much much.
