Hi! Please help!!! My Pop C7 google play services is not working. It stopped unexpectedly. It says "unexpectedly, google play service has stopped". Please help me. Thanks so much.

For example, select and Mark phone storage and then push next , and Mark sim card or SD card to transferred .
To change the name or number, select a contact name, push on elected , and immediately press the Menu Button and select an option., delete, edit, block incoming calls, set ringtone, etc.

i cant modify my ontacts or import any from the sim card all ican do is add or call/message cant change names fotos delete import export anything pl help

I used to have this phone for almost 5 month and I loved this phone, the price is good is not an amazing phone but I did everything, watch movies , games , sometimes get a little bit overheating , the battery is VERY GOOD, the camera is not good but a like the 5 inches screen and never get stuck in the apps

I could always save an image I found on Google by pressing the screen on the image and it gave me a save to gallery option. Recently I cannot do this. Does someone know why?

Apps can't be deleted only uninstalled press on icons u want uninstalled then uninstall them please note if you buy a alcatel pop c7 whattsapp comes with phone uninstall it then download again from playstore

I bought 8G memory card b... morewhat happened is that the playstore app got damaged by any large app you downloaded so what you need to do is go to the settings go to the playstore app and click on delete cookies or data after that you will re-estart your alcatel POP C7 then go to playstore and open your account again and the issue will be fixed
i hope it works on your phone if it doesnt master reset the phone
but by doing the 1st step it will work

I have a problem with my c7 guys. I bought 8G memory card but it keeps saying my memory is full. I don't understand how. This is frustrating, as I have so many things to download. Please kindly advise me on this. Thank you in advance
