the second problem ; opens the keyboard for writing messages, and now in the lower left corner you see a sign [ 123 ] Press and hold, and here you are opening options for writing, then go to settings, and try in [ input methods ] or [ Advanced] .
And if does not help , then ask for help at an authorized service center, because the way your phone is 4 months old, and you have a 12 month warranty.

Hi I have my Alcatel Pop C7 for 4 months now. I really like this phone. I am not one that stores allot on my phones, but recently it started by giving me problems. First it doesn't allow me to slide down to unlock, if I touch on and icon or option in a application, it jumps to the next icon or option and then when I use the keyboard some of the keys gives me other options (e.g. should I type the letter g it gives me the spacebar, number 1 gives me 7.
I went into languages settings and reset to factory settings, but nothing help. Please will you be able to assist me anyone

Hi i have this mobile for 10 months now. New problem is this mobile stuck. sometimes i cannot open the contact list.....just it will try to open and then goes back to main menu. Sometimes i cannot open e-mails also...i did hard reset several times with nothing change. Any solution? should i through it and buy something else?

- Go to storage
- Then you have to choose between SD card or phone storage, but before that you have another topic, that you normally ignore, and you must tap there, and then it will show 3 options, "Phone storage" "SD Card" and "Let the sistem decide", or something in that contexto, you should have the 3rd one selected (ler the sistem decide), choose que 2nd one (SD Card), and It should work.

One hundred bones for an unlocked true world phone with all bands and it works with all providers. This phone specs about as good as the best phone from 2 years ago (which probably cost $800.)
The performance of this phone is stellar. No lags, glitches or complaints. It just works.
I think people paying huge sums and standing in lines for hours to get a phone are mentally deficient.
