Raph, 26 Dec 2015My Alcatel pop c7 back camera takes unclear photos.its so b... moredownload and install ,CAMERINGO, .the best free camera app and it comes with a lot of good features ,and it open camera shot for 8.1mpx. pict. size = 3840 x 2160 compare to 5mpx. 2560 x 1440 highly recommend. thanks for my efforts.

Mapro, 05 Dec 2015I accidentally deleted my pictures so please help me on how... moreif the image was in the SD card, then can be installed "Restore Image 'from the Play Store , or choose another application. But if the photos were in the phone memory , then you can hardly turn them back on . Try with this proposal , and if it fails then write again , because it has, professional programs for returning data but only with SD Cart is possible, because when you connect your phone to a PC it actually connects to the SD card.

unlock screen - tap the menu button in the lower right corner , and it shows the ' Apps ' to open , and here 's all system icons , and drag the left \ right , to find a camera icon .

terry, 29 Nov 2015how can I delete phone messagesoption 1 ; to delete the message, select the icon to open the message, then in the lower -right corner , select '' key menu'' , now you see option delete messages, and choose one, or select all and then on the right up ,click on the icon basket to delete .
option 2 ; open the message, select on the bottom right ''key menu'' open the message ,and select, here you can select all or only one you want to delete, mark ,and up you see a basket icon to delete , press to delete.

AnonD-470972, 28 Nov 2015Thanks Pane I appreciate your help but when I connected my ... moreAh, Bronn, the problem is that you do not have an SD card, which means that without it, you can not connect it with your laptop or PC . means you have to buy it ,or if you already have, then is inserted and when you put the SD card in the phone , will asked for the internal or SD card storage, and you choose the SD card, in order to be able to transfer the pictures to your laptop. Later, these pictures you already have on your phone, You Just put it on your SD card and then the same operation that I have already said to transfer to your laptop.
If you have other questions, feel free to ask, because I very well know this C-7 model for which personally I think that Alcatel did his best work. Greeting.

Bronn, 27 Nov 2015How do I transfer photos from my C7 to my laptop?Connect your phone to a laptop with a USB cable. and the phone appears ; ' MOUNT' push, then ''turn on USB storage'' OK'' . then on laptop screen you see options, and select ; ''Open folder to view files''. ok . find your photograph or pict in the'' DCIM folder ''open - open Camera , select that you need -with copy-paste option.
at the end, on the phone select ''Turn off'' and unplug the cable . say thanks for my efforts

also you can tray hard reset ; hold down the volume up key and press power key at same time
until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
and then press volume up\down to select the wipe data factory reset.
this will erase all personal data from internal storage.

to all mobile Android phones users , for better performance of your phone it is good that at least once a week to turn it off overnight, because when you restart the phone system is updated and working better and solve the bigger part of the problem arising.
also for a better performance of the battery , do not empty it to the end, but when it reaches 30 % then put it on the charger , and do not be filled to 100 % compared to 90 % as this works better li- ion battery , and each battery has certain charging cycle around 500, so if you are not filled to 100 % then and not counted. hold it between 30-90 % it will last longer life
