This is the only possible way without consequences.
reboot , factory data reset etc , does not help ,
if only reinstall new Android software
If you do root on your phone , this may happen again
Unroot and close the door for viruses

then all data is deleted , so that they show the thumbnails .
to work SD card need to format
, but if you want to pull out pictures or mp3, etc you need a program
that you can download from PlayStore for example data recovery
but it is better to do with the program over PC
Only pictures will be of the same quality but weaker

I have a 16gb sd card iv used 1gb but its telling me my memory card is full and this is after rebooting it, and the pics you can see them them lined up on the grid but when you click directly on the pic its not there. I regret buying it and its only been 2 months.

I have not had any problems ,
fast, battery excellent ,touch is a great, internet excellent , camera is great ,
only selfi camera is 0.3Mpx and pictures are weak.
it is worth to buy , trust to my experience .
and if you can take the model 7041 x
because only this model comes with 1GB of RAM.
so if you buy a phone
later visit here for your thoughts .

it crashed eve... moreIf you do root your phone then it's infected with the virus
if not try it started with this
hold down the volume up key and press power key at same time
until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
and then press volume up\down to select the wipe data factory reset.
this will erase all personal data from internal storage.
For those applications that did not work if they were move to SD card and later you pull out or replaced sd card but rather than do that you have to transfer it all applications from the SD card in the phone storage or simply safe to remove the SD card , because without the necessary data applications are not working.

Hello everyone!
I'm asking you for a help regarding my Alcatel Pop C7. The apps on my phone are always crashing now. I really don't know what happened. After it crashed, it will restart the phone. While it is restarting, there is a "Updating Android 1 of 2...." command. I tried the the factory reset option however it is worse now. What to do? I also downloaded Avast Antivirus after I had the factory reset. Thanks :)

Non any more, 30 Dec 2015 You will go a poor upgrade support for any new android ver... moreyou're right, but like you said this is a cheap phone but is a very good and reliable. I got it for 18 months and works flawlessly , I am very satisfied . regarding an upgrade of the OS , the principal is reduced to a smaller supplement 4.3 and internal memory is small , and therefore the problem is.
just to mention that lolipop 5.0 and more is quite a new OS , means not an upgrade, it erases kit -kat and installs- lolipop that its size is larger than 3GB and you need at least 4GB of space for installation

You will go a poor upgrade support for any new android versions because do not worry about low cost phone can be upgraded after they launch it with a minor version
