Please help.. I just uninstall my whatsapp because it was giving me problems, so now m trying to install it again with playstore, its not downloading... I tried to install it in manyways, keeping on failing... What do i do now, please help

This is very affordable phone, it is very fluid and fast, navigaon works great, has swift keyboard built in. I am so happy with this phone that my next phone will also be alcatel

cj, 16 Feb 2016pls help me.my alcatel one touch pop c7 flashes white color... moretry to power off the phone ,then remove battery , wait for a minute , after put the battery in the phone and start to see if it work.
if doesent help then press power button for more than 7sec.
and third option ;
hold down the volume up key and press power key at the same time
until the screen light up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
then press the volume up\down key to select factory data reset .
caution this will erase all your personal data including google account
and any downloaded application ,
and starts as when it was new.

My Alcatel onetouch pop 7 (onetouch 7040a) home button stoped working, the only button that works is the back button, all 3 work only if i plug in the charger or conect it to the computer with usb cable.

Hi please help me after updateing all my apps on my phone my pics taken on candycam does not wanto save and normal camera does and I can't change my whattsapp display pic and its defenately not space I delete things and they just pop up again if anyone has this problem and knows what to do help!

trojan virus takes control of the phone,
and the mostly of antivirus programs will not work
so download'' CM SECURITY'' - from 'play store'
run to find trojanand shall seek to install
'stubboorn trojan killer' run and kill Trojans
but if you do root your phone
then I am not sure whether they will work

Why is my phone seems working on its own. It 'backs' and returns to home even if I don't press the back or home button. I can't use my phone properly now because for example I was about to type a message but then it goes back to home. What can I do? I tried factory reset and have it clean but neither of it worked.
