Hey, i have the AlcatelC7 pop, and for some reason everytime i try to do anything from opening the internet or any app it says firewall services and then i take it off and then downloads random apps such as DU battery saver and some games, what can i do to stop this as it wont let me do anything, i have uninstalled everything and hard reset the phone and still doing the same, please help.

Bik, 05 Mar 2016I have tried changing the usb cable,but the result is same :-(you did not say when he started with this problem , perhaps since you installed an application that is associated with a battery or some kind of connection ( USB , wi - fi , etc,) and whether you might have done ROOT the phone and gave the original operating system , 4.2.2 JB
any change in the original software may have caused a variety of problems that can not be repaired

because usb cable is universal try to replacing and see if it worked

It's almost a year that I bought this phone, so far no problems. But recently, I am having problem with charging. The phone only charges when it is switched off. I wonder if it is software problem because I am using the same original charger and the phone won't detect the data cable too. Can anyone help?

I just uninstall my whatsapp because it was g... moreFirst you need to know if you move the app to sd card , then there remains a part that does not allow you to install a new one , so all you need to find the in sd card all whatsapp parts and delete it , then when you get into the play store on the first screen with the left > right , touch and drag-and that opens a menu with all applications in your phone. Find and delete whatsapp , now restart ,Download the new app and do not move to sd card . Note this application as well as facebook are the worst because they work in the background of the phone and the battery is quickly consumed
