Have the 7041x 5pixel. Took pics & watsaed them. Receiver said too small for their system. Could I enlarge them? But have'nt a clue how to do this or even whether it's possible!?!

it depends on which model you have , just ''7041X'' model comes with 1GB of ram
other models come with 512MB .check your.

Hhmmm.....Its said 1 gb of ram,mine has only 400+mb of ram,right now my phone ram is 90 percent in use

Dont like the phone. When I just barely shake the phone to set the alarm to snooze or dismiss, the screen goes back to the lock screen. Uhhh!

connect your phone to pc with usb cabel , now you see mount ok , turn on usb storage - ok , wait for 5-10 sec and open folder to view files.
when finished press turn off
or when phone connect with pc ; then pull down on display and here
shows menu for usb option and touch for usb storage.

Hi ! I have alcatel Pop C7 . Lately, I encountered that its restarting by own. After a week, it's does not working. I can't open it though it's fullcharge. I've already factory reset and rebooting. Still, does not working. Does not open. Please help how to fix it. Thank you for the feedback .

I think the problem is in an application that has control of the sound and should be found perhaps it is best to do ''factory data reset'' this should solve your problem,
for how to do that ,you have an icon ''alcatel help'' open up and read

please Help ... my phone Alcatel pop C7 is turning to silent by itself without touching it ... i am suffering from this problem lately (about week ago) .. i bought from almost 2 years .. it works great but lately (turning to silent by its own) ... anyone can help please ... i tried AVG scan for virus and Cm security and they did not detect any virus .. please help ... i am very sad from this
