hold down the volume up key and press power key at same time
until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
and then press volume up\down to select the wipe data factory reset.
this will erase all personal data from internal storage.
But if you did ROOT the phone then
phone is infected with a virus and trojan malware,
this virus that sticks to your phones internals .
Most anti -virus software will not even work,
but if you start the phone then install cm security
to clean up you device, and after will work like new.

in my opinion , the battery is defective , so best to put your phone on the charger and then check if the phone is working means no switching off , then the battery is broken and should be replaced.

Did a factory reset just 3 days ago. Recovered all my data except for my Notes plus WhatsApp messages !

Hicker, 09 Jul 2016Hi, if I factory reset my C7, will I lost my contacts? My c... moreyes, you will lost your contacts, because the factory data reset Resets the phone to the factory existence, and thus the best before you do a reset on the phone, transfer all contacts to sim card
contacts > menu > import\export > here mark phone > next > here mark SIM or SD card , choose you want, to save contacts . now you can do reset to phone.

but, you can unlock for 8.3mpx ,
so what are you going to do ? go to play store,and
install a free application ''Cameringo'' and there in seting on the resolution,
set HD 8.3mpx 16 ; 9 or 8.0mpx 4 ; 3 pick you want
