i had that problem with my note. when I reformatted it and just installed my games. it never happened again after 3 years.

think about this , smartphones do not have brains , and work on the command . means something is given the command to do so.
Now you are to think ;
since it began ?
which program you installed at that time?
Did you replace something in the settings.
may be a virus ,
then run AVG antivirus .
do not blame the phone, he just does what you're giving .
Finally, perhaps it is best to do factory data reset, and then it should disappear your problem .
Use your brain , think , do not just blame your phone, my C-7 after exactly one year, it works perfectly .

and again. apps succesfully installed. & i hate it. know why? i dun even download any apps. it pops up again " install / cancel " you better burn all Alcatel model. its getting worst & worst. when atlast i have to disable mobile data. when i enable the mobile data, pop up again. whats all this?

alcatel popc7 is the worst mobile phone i ever had. the apps always pop up & downloaded by itself. i didnt download the apps & suddenly it pops up & ask for installation.

Toby, 27 May 2015The only down to this phone is that I doubt there'll ever b... moreModel C-7 remains at 4.2.2 , it means you will not be upgrading to 4.4.2 . not to mention the 5.0 because the upgrade to 5.0 is 3GB , this means that there is not enough internal memory. we have only 2GB for applications and misc . But with 4.4.2 is not much much better in this case due to the small internal memory can phone that hinders and the battery that consumes much faster .
For cameringo you 're wrong , because I guarantee that the HD option has 8mpx . and in addition it says that the camera 5mpx . it is only in application because it is so made that people lie and buy a model with 8mpx and 512MB of RAM , but the model of 1GB of RAM put the application with 5mpx . install , AnTuTu benchmark . and you'll see all the data on your phone, and it says that the camera is 8mpx
. They also wrote that the video with HD resolution of 1280x720 @ but video with the optional VGA- HD - and--,FULL-HD 1920x1080 , guaranteed , just check what the options are written like NORMAL - FINE -AND SUPER FINE .

settings, - sound, - and you see
vibrate
silent mode
if it is market, then Unmark , to stop silent mode.
If it is difficult to do , then leave your email to send you video instruction.

The only down to this phone is that I doubt there'll ever be a 4.4 update or above, and the camera is childish. Even with cameringo, you only get above 3mp on HD mode and that means the subject has to be still for a long while. Otherwise it's not bad in all other areas.I wouldn't recommend it for software lovers who love to have the latest system updates, 4.2 IS pretty behind.

Trayaz, 23 May 2015This phone is amazing i am in love with it, i updated all d... morebattery to other phones takes even less , the phone is new and you are all day on it, and then the battery went quickly , but after a few days when you start to use normally then will take about 2 days. also you have saving mode and + ultimate saving mode for extra long lasting battery life. greeting

'E ' that means that poor network coverage in that area.
if it shows the 'H' or 3G then it is good . because where there is a good network I watch television ,on my c-7 the phone is excellent in this regard.
