I have q. about facebook maseenger on this pohne...when i am on wifi its work 100% but when i am on mobile data messenger does not work but other apps work normal...I dont understand how to fix it...please help me

but you need service for replacement and I think that any service can replace him . but if you think you can do it yourself , then go to youtube and there has Alcatel pop C7 repair video.

I really love my pop c7 fone but sad my screen is broken crack where can i find help for repair screen ...otherwise i don't have problems so since i bought it

EvaC, 11 May 2015So i have this phone for 4/5 months and have ran into some ... morefirst SD card problem may be that the SD card corrupt . therefore format the SD card if it does the same again , then replace it .
for these problems may be that the SD card with a virus or all of the Android system, and then have to go to an authorized service center for you to install the new Android .
Battery you can not charge with any battery charger must be original because it can spoil the battery . take out the battery , then put it back and to be filled , and check whether the chatger heated , if heated then it's good , it means it is charging.

So i have this phone for 4/5 months and have ran into some problems. First when i moved some apps to the sd card there were apps that would crash uncontrollably and some icons of the crshed apps would turn into that green android logo, i couldn't play music from the sd card and pictures in the gallary would just turn into grey squares and i couldn't open them. Found no troubleshooting for that. Now recently after i charged the phone the other day and not using it all day it turned off like it had just ran out of battery. Plug in the charger and it wont charge, the led didn't glow, second time it works, and the battery was at 0%. The thing is when i try to turn the phone on the phone wont charge, already tried it with several chargers, and it chrges only with the phone turned off. And it does this weird thing when turning off, where the led lights up like when charging just seconds before turning off and no chrger pluged. Hope you can help me :)

yes my wife bought this phone with all the beauty but the apps don't work and the people told she could change her sim after 24hrs and she but the apps still wont work what can she do because she's working on my last nerve with this phone!please help.

now;
Nothing wrong with the phone , everything works great , you just need to know that the applications in the phone , they are old because they were installed when the phone is manufactured , this mean , year 2014 , and that means they are not updated , so you go to the 'play store' and download new applications for those who you want. but does not delete existing so install new apps and then it will work . Say thank's for my efforts .

i recently bought alcatelpopc7 n im having a problem with the phone none of the loaded apps work.whatsapp,facebook n twitter doesn't work.its so ridiculous and im so devastated.the phones beautiful,the camaras amazing but none of the loaded apps which requires the internet works and the store that we bought it from doesn`t want to exhange it.this is nonsense,its only costing me.this is just horrible being stuck with something that doesn`t work

This phone destroys or breaks my media. I download a song, play it once and if I try to play it again after that it says that it can't load the file or that it can't play the song. Same thing with pictures

Same problem when i started using Android...long time ago:)).You need to reinstall the stock firmware again or try finding a custom rom on xda forums and flash

my phone c7 sucks... i tried to open my apps. but it wont allow me. an error message pop up says! unfortunately the etc...or wat ever apps has stop ... i did the hard reset,rebot, factory reset but still... alala!

My Alcatel phone pop 7 was bought 2014 April 24 ... morenara It happened to me because the application ' ' play store ' ' is not updated . connect to wi - fi to recive update .also check that it is not excluded by this application go to settings ,all applications, find the Google Play store, ta, first clear cache, and then launch . My Alcatel phone pop 7 was bought 2014 April 24 and now 2015 april 24 it showed a phrase like The Google Playstore has stopped. when I restarted it does not work anymore. What is happening with this phone?
