Hi guys, I am also just about to buy the Pop C7, would you recommend me to? I understand that some of you may have encountered problems with it however I want to know if it's a good phone besides all of those and has someone used it for over 6 months already?

ER, 09 Apr 2015any other guide to restart alcatel pop C7? Coz i try to tap... morenot only to tap the volume up and power key, you need to push them and hold, until the light on the screen , and then boot device with recovery mode . but first remove the battery , then back to the phone , ( may the battery is empty and put it to recharge, and wait a bit to start charging ) . check whether the battery charger works, then connect the charger and start from the plugged. if does not work then go to the service to check for the problem.

when you have such a problem , it is best to go to an authorized service that you install new android software . within the warranty period this service is free, and for further cost 5eur in my country .
but if you -did not do root your phone- you can try this ;
Alcatel help--
hold down the volume up key and press Power key at same time until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode , and then press volume up \ down key to select the wipe data \ factory reset.
factory reset will erase all of your personal data from internal phone storage.

I bought this phone last november ,I found it cheap but nice,good for gaming,everything was nice and then after 3 months the phone boots and hangs,so I program the phone trhough computer..after that it works again but after 2 weeks it suddenly hangs and boot again..so I always reset the phone data to program it again...its a shit. ,can you help me?,how ...

ok this page only supports the English language .
installed camera is 5mpx , but supports 8mpx , so I installed a new application ' CAMERINGO ' with HD resolution 8.1mpx , and works even better , means tested , also in the specification states that the record 720p video , but actually have a 640x480 - VGA 1280x720 -HD and 1920x1080- FULL HD. I got this phone for 10 months and worked flawlessly without any problems , and what is most important, 4.2.2 jelly bean is the most secure software because these newer still each have some problems and solve them later, and no kit -kat update for now.
compared to D -5 is much better and you've got someone like me to counsel . I bought it without any suggestions and I am very satisfied . for more info you can contact me at

Hi! I have a problem with wifi! Although it remains connected to wifi, it's losing internet connection. The wifi signal turns from blue to white, and I have no internet. I am forced to restart wifi in order to be connected again.
It happens only with a certain internet provider.

Phone crashed down again when I was using another browser. I guess I will have to take my phone to an authorized service.

I installed another browser and it is working fine at this moment. I hope that there will be no problems in the future.
