I bought this phone 4 months ago and it wor... moreas you've noticed, the problem is not in the phone but the battery is not good. Now, look at how much you have warranty card guarantee for ' battery ' because to me a guarantee for the phone is 2 years, but the battery only 3 months. means if the warranty has gone then should you buy a new battery . also check whether perhaps an application that you installed whether she eats battery.
However, factory data reset may solve this problem but this process deletes all the data and the phone starts as when it was new. so make a backup of that you can keep your data , or transfer to PC .
Yet perhaps it is best first to go to an authorized service that they discover what the problem is .

Really? No kitkat update for Alcatel OT Pop C7-7041x? It's really frustrating and embarrassing for such this high end smartphone.
If anyone has any ideas of how to upgrade the JB 4.2.2 pre-installed on this phone, it'd very appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any ideas. They're all welcome!

Hi everyone!
I bought this phone 4 months ago and it worked fine until last week. Now, whenever I open Google Chrome the phone just turns off after a few minutes of browsing, plus it eats most of the battery life. And I can turn it again only if I take out the battery or if I start charging the battery.
Has anyone experienced the same problem?

and how to grab a pho... moreto make a screenshot, should push power key and volume down key at the same time , after find in gallery screenshots.
to grab photos from facebook , I'm not sure because I do not use facebook but try this , touch on the image for a long time and can be enabled, save image ,
or select foto, short press on foto, now press menu button and save picture or foto. so tell me if it works .

vesdim, 15 Mar 2015I tried almost everything regarding the issue on internet -... morego to settings - applications- find google play store -open and chek ,if is disabled, or force stop, does it mark to show notificatin,enable all this ,make shure all this work. if not help then go to service.

pane, 14 Mar 2015check in app whether the application is disable or force st... moreI tried almost everything regarding the issue on internet - Clear the Cache of the app, Check Date / Time Settings, changing the Google / Gmail account, changing Wi-Fi settings DNS 1 to 8.8.8.8 and DNS 2 to 8.8.4.4, but still problem persists. I use another tablet at home and don't have such problem with Play Store.

roro, 13 Mar 2015hi i bought alcater pop c7 yesterday i am trying to dowload... moreto take over data from other phone should have to use bluetooth . and check its settings bluetooth whether it is visible to all devices that could be paired devices . when paired need to confirm data to recive , it's a sign on the upper left side of the display , now pull down and confirm.

I already have in my phone. i recive 2 updates
but the number of 4.2.2 is not changed.
and that does not mean that it is upgraded to 4.4 but that these benefits we already have in the c -7
