hi i bought alcater pop c7 yesterday i am trying to dowload music through google and through wifi from another phone but all the time telling me fail....it start to download but its stops...can u help pls.

All these benefits already has in my alcatel c -7 -7041x . I have so far received 2 update , but the number 4.2.2 has not changed , so I wonder if there is something hidden.
I am very satisfied with my c +7- completely.

I bought alcatel pop c7 6mos ago and I made it repair twice for the last 6mos. Software issues... I really felt bad about it...I just hope it won't happened again.

AnonD-372208, 07 Mar 2015how can i turn off predictive text..... i can't find it in ... moremichael ; when you want to write a message , touch keyboard that appears , now in the lower left corner you see the button 123 Touch and hold the setting that appears , go to the setting , advanced , auto capitalize unmark (off ) and over. Of course there are other of setup that you need.

a few suggestions on how to keep your android phone in good shape.
First, android phone is portable pc, so you need at least one week to turn it off for a few hours.
2. Delete any applications you are not using , taking space and work in the background.
3. You can install the program for cleaning , or go to settings , storage , cached data - clear cached data .
4.restarting phone solving problems . also removing battery - then put back and restart phone .
5. In the bottom right corner press and hold soft button , clear all runing .
6. to save battery in shape , do not be empty by the end. hold at least 20 % and not be charged overnight because when filled with 100 % should be immediately remove charger. short battery charging is good because these are li- ion and it is good for them every load . have nice day.

is it already back to norm... morethis proposal I wrote a few times . This is recommended by ALCATEL HELP, in these situations , and everyone has these instructions in that application in the phone.
1. Press and hold the power key for more than 7sec . and the phone should start , but if not , then option2 ; This process returns the phone to the factory Resets, and wipe all data.!
press and hold the volume up key and power key at the same time until the screen lights up with recovery mode and then press volume up \ down key to select wipe data \ factory reset. press power key to confirm the choice . loss of data will occur . if you dont have back up your data you loss them , pictures, photos , music and so.
Means no one has not answered whether helping , and it looks when you solve a problem then it's selfish not to give an answer .
If these two suggestions do not solve your problem , then go to an authorized service center and request the installation program for android phone and if is under the warranty then for the first time is free, but in the future seems about 5eur

bibi, 05 Mar 2015I cant install nor update applications.to update or install applications you need internet connection ,and free internal memory .
If the memory storage is full ,or near the end then you can not install new applications .
Remember, you have a 2GB user internal memory.
