I love this phone. With the exception being the main camera, a 5mp shooter that takes pictures like a VGA camera #sigh even my N97 in 2009 took better pictures. Otherwise I like this phone.

For such a big br... moreAlcatel does not sell products directly to customers, and is not serviced but like every other brand has its authorized service. However, for every product that you buy in the store, you get a warranty card with at least 12months or 24 months period. If you spoil during the warranty period, the authorized service undertakes to repair the product within 40 days from the day of receipt. if it fails to fix it within this time then give you a new (* same or replacement of his rank). If service can not fix it, then ask to provide written confirmation of the reason that they can not fix it. with this written statement, you can sue them directly to Alcatel. if they refuse to make a statement, then apply your self to the police and they take over the case.
if the fault is not in the warranty period or it is your guilt let's say you broke it, then you have no basis for the accusation. feel sorry for you, and I just wanted to help you. greeting.

Alcatel is disappointing in South Africa. For such a big brand not to have replacement parts is disappointing.
I truly regret buying the phone. I like it but I can not find replacement parts, now I wonder if I do get the part who will be able to work on it.
I am truly disappointed

Alcatel is disappointing in South Africa. For such a big brand not to have replacement parts is disappointing.
I truly regret buying the phone. I like it but I can not find replacement parts, now I wonder if I do get the part who will be able to work on it.

no matter if you'll watch the whole video or not,
if the video is 100mb and you're looking at only 10sec it still takes 100mb .

I load data bundles and when i turn on data connection they dont last, 100mb dont last even 5min without using it. What should i do to stop this?

Pop c7 is an awesome fast phone n feels kinda expens... moreIf you think the free Wi-Fi zone, then it is a bad network, and may be a little far away from the router, which means that it registers but the signal is weak and can not connect. If it works well on your home wi-fi then everything is fine.

Hey... Pop c7 is an awesome fast phone n feels kinda expensive BT cheap with high quality on design n performance... I just have one problem...every time I'm in a Wi-Fi zone I activate it n connect to it BT it only appears n daznt load into the web or anything DAT needs data...Hw can I make it work?

Today I root this mobile phone and now I can say work much better than when I buy,faster and I strongly recommend to everyone who can root to do it bcoz u will get better performance and more memory, greetings
