I bought my alcatel one touch C9 three months ago. Its been serving me well but lately the back and clear buttons at the very bottom keep hanging, rendering the phone useless. Its really irritating. Kindly let me know what i should do to stop this.

Janis, 19 May 2015Nope...the SD card is just half full and I make sure that t... moreit must be a problem with the SD card . because if there is no free space then the phone is looking for another source or internal memory. there is a problem with reading sd card so it is best to make a FORMAT SD CARD . But then deletes all the data in it and THEN fully discharged . Or better, try with another SD card to see for yourself what the problem is . and when you put new one, then again ask to Select the default Data Storage, and then choose the SD card or internal memory. I 'm trying to help with this problem and I try as much as possible.

pane, 18 May 2015chek memory sd card could be full Nope...the SD card is just half full and I make sure that the content shall not exceed of 75% of its capacity. I tried to remove and replace the same SD Card, restart the phone over and over again but the error still it keeps on prompting.

Can you please help me work on my phone's prob? It keeps on flashing in the notification to "Select the default Data Storage". I haven't removed the SD card from the slot since I bought the phone.

I just brought the Alcatel c9 this afternoon while I goto wifi and register on goigle account than loading after I exit and key in a note than the phone hang only can turn on and off but can charge battery other than that cannot.
