Is there any different configuration of POP C9 7047D?
... moreall with 4GB of internal memory , but it is divided
2GB for user and 2GB for Android phone

Is there any different configuration of POP C9 7047D?
I purchased a new one but found that the phone memory = 1.92GB only (I suppose it per specification as 4GB)
what's happening?
btw, how to check and confirm other hardware details?

Hi, I'm using my new Alcatel pop c9, I just bought it 6days ago. My problem is, I'm just browsing the net and my phone suddenly blocked out/ turn off. My battery is still 73%. Am trying to open it several times and I also tried to charge it for 30 mins but still it can't be open. Pls help....

Anne, 08 May 2015Thanks Pane. I will format my SD card now.sd card has nothing to do with the performance of the phone. it is essential that the internal memory to be less use of apps. also once daily clean cache data , and weekly Turn off the phone overnight. greeting

Anne, 07 May 2015How can I delete those misc. Files on my OT pop c9, because... morego to file manager open and you see SD Card and Phone Storage,now select one and then press menu button, select file or folder and delete.
If you want to completely empty your SD card , then transfer all the media that you have in your PC , and after you go to settings- open storage and FORMAT SD CARD.
with this wipe all data in the SD Card and is 100 % empty, there is only a driver for SD Card.
Do not You're making this for internal memory !!!!!!

kiko, 07 May 2015guys ive just drop my pop c9 yesterday and im surprise that... morefor protection to put silicone protective mask and you'll be safer . my phone fell from a height of about 1m and the right to display, but silicone mask save him , and costs only 3-4eur

i hav c9 currently and since im a new user of alcatel pls tel me i cn use it in a longer time.. whats the lifespan of its battery hw many months, years it wil last? i only hav 2gb phne storage reply to me directly.. bck button difficult..pls reply because im ready to change my phone.. data and wifi cnnection nt gud as wel

i used this phone for 5 months
and 2 of my friends have it too
i will rating for you what is good and bad on it
-very good battery if you used it right
-not bad display colour
-v.good flash
-good camera but in zooming it is bad
-so far to lag it's work smoothly
-very very bad touch
-the (back-home-options) presser very bad most of time
doesnt work
this pressers will make you hate you life :D believe me
