AnonD-354229, 20 Jan 2015my alcatel pop c9 is automatically shut down and it cant tu... moreif you did not do -root or flash- then check whether the battery is low, turn the battery is charging and when battery warms means to work. If this does not help then try this; Press the power button and volume up button at the same time and hold until the phone lights up and then make a factory reset follow the instructions. But this operation deletes all your data that you put into the phone and returned it to the beginning as when it was new. Good luck.

I do have asphalt 7 heat on my alcatel pop c9
maybe 8 will work also

don, 15 Jan 2015I used my tm sim.. but when i turn on the data connection..... moretry to go setting>more>mobilenetworks>setup manually>select tm or globe 3g.

I tried to access a wifi.. the signal is very strong.. but still I cant connect.. it keeps on obtaining IP address.. what your opinion on this matter?

I used my tm sim.. but when i turn on the data connection.. there is no connection.. nothing appear on the status bar like H+ or 3G.. what should i do?

The phone is not bad. Battery life is amazing, camera is quick, no lag playing hungry shark. just the screen a little less responsive when your hand is oily/sweaty.
