Via, 06 Jan 2015I have desame problem too. try to off your handset while charging. and dont let it drain. and charge it when it reaches 18 percent. its very usefull. try it!!

I recently installed a "driver" to the C9 which caused the phone to restart and stall on the splash screen. No matter how many times it is restarted or factory reset, the bootup process would only stay on the splash screen for hours until the phone dies of low battery. I thought that the unit will need "re-flashing" of the stock ROM. But thanks to the "Onetouch Upgrade" software. My phone was detected, the upgrade files were downloaded and installed for 4 hours. Now, my phone is on stock condition. I never though phone OEM software can still be helpful nowadays. :) Thanks, Alcatel. Though I'm still waiting for the Kitkat and Lollipop upgrades.

If service can not fix it then give you a new , and if there is no such product then give you the latest model in the range of the product . means do not wait because it's your right to ask for and if you proceed with waiting then leave you a guarantee . if they will not give you a new phone, then ask for document, for the inability to repair the phone, and then sue them directly to Alcatel .

bought this phone and after three months it crushed.the warranty team are telling me of motherboard swap required and it has taken more than four months now and the phone not done.This is in kenya.
