I am using this phone for 3 months and only thing that has bugged me is dust get accumulated in camera lens affecting the camera quality ... When googled i could see many people facing this issue...

This phone is amazing I have no problem that some one mention like signal issues and Facebook videos not playing at first do not install play store use only all amazon apps up to date.then install play store and stop AUTO update play store iam using from four months amazining camera with hdr and I love the music clarity with the inbuilt speakers very good BATTERY backup.

kalyan, 02 Jan 2016i've got problem with the camera as it has become blurr due... moreI too have that problem....while I'm trying to open back glass to remove dust,it got broken....it will cost around 28USD in eBay....so don't try to open back glass unless u have right method to open....

I'm quite a few issues such as not being able to play Facebook videos, phone stalls when I'm transitioning through apps, contacts don't show up sometime, it's a bit unreliable in terms of signals as well since ppl keep complaining that my phone was off when they called me even though it's been on.

It is no longer being produced. It does not come with Google Play, only with Amazon apps, so very limited.
