T... moreTry removing the screen protector it will immediately solve the issue, its with the protector which prevents or blocks light and the sensor stop working. It was happen with me, I realise it when I was standing in strong sunlight and got call, that time it didnt turn screen off, and then I remove the screen guard and it worked.
It is with the screen protector blocking light, if you compare with Android phones, after sometime they stop responding to proximity and turns screen on even while you are talking. This phone do not have such problem, but it is sensitive towards such screen protectors. Cut that area if you feel to apply screen protector.

T... moreIt looks like you had used Screen Guard, it also happened in my case, I used 90% UV, Light protector, yours also might be blocking the sensor between front camera and motion sensor on right side, remove it, this phone will work like charm and you will never look at Crappy Android phones.

Iam using Amazon fire Phone since from last 2 Months.. The Phone have great features its very fast then other smart phones.. Im using warid LTE n Zong LTE its have superb performance.. I recommended every one to use this phone its very friendly...

Also, the back swipe often doesn't work; so when the phone does flip to another screen or the like, it can be challenging to reverse (closing the camera app is often nearly impossible and requires multiple swipes).
