andy, 27 Dec 2016bought my ipad a few days ago and i wanted to know about my... moreiPad Air has an engraved ring around the camera and no flash below it.
iPad Air 2 has no engraved ring around the camera and no flash, but a hole right next to it.
iPad Pro 9.7 has no engraved ring around the camera but a flash and a hole right next to it.
So if you have a newer 9.7inch one, this should be your explanation.

bought my ipad a few days ago and i wanted to know about my hardware details. Especially about display if it is retina or not. After a whole day of searching apps, online test, ipad settings i found nothing. If i am wrong plz correct me ........
and if i'm not then what is the point of millions of app.

I purchased an Ipad Air 2 for my sons birthday in May 2016 and in November (slightly less than 6 months later) it caught on fire, after talking with Apple about a replacement, they said too bad, buy a new one. I should add, that I personally had used the ipad the day before it caught on fire and it worked fine, it was like new. My son charged it the next day and when he turned it on it burst into flames, not only burning himself but his carpet before he could get it out the door. I suggested he mail it to Apple so they could examine why it caught on fire and when he spoke with them, they were not interested. BE WARNED!!
