The life of a battery depends greatly on how it is treated
If left flat for days or weeks without charging, batteries get ruined quickly
Ideally they should be kept between 20% and 80%
They're happy to be charged without being run flat! In fact they prefer it

I don't believe there is much of a difference between the 12 pro and the 11 pro, plus you get better battery life with the 11 pro and I personally like the rounded corners more.
Performance wise I never had any issues and I am confident to say that it will stay snappy at least for two more years. Only thing i disliked was the size, I personally like the size of the iphone 8/se.

Been an android user for ... moreI would recommend you to try some sort of older iPhone, kinda like an iPhone X (used at around 300$) or iPhone Xs (used at around 330$). My personal recommendation would be the Xs because although 30$ more expensive, it is a better and more well rounded version of the X and it will also get all the features iOS 15 has to offer. None the less if you manage to find a good conditioned iPhone 11 Pro at around 450$ to 550$, I would recommend you that as a better overall phone and also a newer one by a year. If you don't want to go over the mark of 250$, the greatest choice would be either a used iPhone 8 or a used iPhone SE 2020. You need to keep in mind though that the smaller phones (8 and SE) feature a way smaller battery and you're at the risk of running easily out of it, especially with heavier uses.

I got mine January of 2020 and after 21 months of usage my battery is at 79% and it suggests for a replacement.

Is it worth getting a 11 Pro now? Been an android user for a very long time. Would like to try iOS without breaking the bank.

I always used android.This is my first time using apple.I bought iphone 11 pro 3 mounths ago and i have to tell that this is a fantastic smartphone.Its comfortable battery life ok one day with no problem,it is fast smartphone

I installed it during beta and even on the beta I had better experience than with iOS 14. Now the full release of iOS 15 is out.

Oh and, the IPhone 13 Pro Max will have 5g mmwave for the rest of the country, Bigger Batteries and etc!
