Just don’t upgrade it because it would lessen the performance of your battery. That’s Apple’s technique to lower the performance of your phone if you upgraded it so that you will buy a new one.

Silent reader of opinions here. I would like to ask if there's any of you guys who's using iPhone 11 Pro Max in 2022? How was the overall performance? The battery? The cameras? Is there any bug when you upgraded to the latest IOS16 version?
I'm planning to get one 11 Pro Max (it's the only phone my budget can get right now though). Also, I'm stuck between iPhone 12 or iPhone 11 Pro Max. Help me choose please.
Any honest comments will be highly appreciated. Thank you!

I've used the iPhone 11 Pro Max (with my 35 month old Galaxy Note 10 Plus)f for 27 months. It's on iOS 16.0.2 and I've no complaints. Battery health is down to 94% only because my charging habits were bad for its first 6 months of use. I'm a bit puzzled by questions as to whether to buy this phone or an Android phone. I suspect the people asking such questions are presently using an Android phone. 2 different ecosystems are
involved. An existing iPhone user would have made up his or her mind that they were going to change. They would be asking questions like "Galaxy S22 Ultra or OnePlus 10T Pro ?"
