Honestly considering switching to Apple for this phone. Hundreds of Android release every year and none of their phones are compact with good specs.

If Apple put a bigger battery in it at the same size they might risk the thing setting itself on fire like the whole Samsung Note 7 situation. They could've made it slightly thicker I suppose, but then people would complain that the camera module design isn't embossed like on the larger iPhone 12 non-mini or that it's too thick.
Personally I would be a fan of a flush camera design but I'm just happy they even made a flagship mini phone in the first place when the rest of the industry flat out refused to offer anything. So tired of every phone being a phablet, I'm excited to get my iPhone 12 mini 128GB next week and finally be able to grip both sides of the phone confidently with one hand and easily reach everywhere on the screen! Also idk why but having a high end phone in a smaller size just impresses me more than if it was a big phone, maybe because it's a harder feat to pull off?

why is everyone hating on this phone? they r saying the "bOoHoO tHe BaTtErY iS tOo SmAlL"is it just me or r they too dumb to see the actual size of this thing and a lot of people have always wanted an iphone mini. people wanted a mini iphone and they delivered so why is everyone so mad all of a sudden. i heard it also has good battery life due to its new 5nm chipset, its adaptive refresh rate screen thingy, not power hungry internals and its smart 5G capabilities and what not. so i think they r just looking at the battery and instantly starting to hate since they r so used to their 5000mah batteries in their 6.5 inch phone or whatever lol. next thing u know they r gonna be wanting a full fledged $10,000 gaming PC in it
