this will be like SE, 14 Oct 2020Hahaha, 4a have better battery than iPhone 12, let alone 12 miniiOS and Android have different power consumption methods. You cannot confuse the two. Under the same mAh, the battery life of ios is usually longer than that of Android.

I used to use it back in the iOS 12 days with a first-gen iPhone SE (aka 5SE) and my main issues with it was the poor quality LCD display and speakers and inability to change default web browser so it could sync with my PC, both of which shouldn't be a problem thanks to iOS 14 and the OLED screen + better speakers on this iPhone 12 mini. :)
Being a Windows Phone 8.1 refugee and a compact phone lover, I'm really excited for this new phone - FINALLY a modern equiv to my old Lumia 800 and 1020 - compact, great specs, good software ui and ux consistency, live tiles-like feature, dark mode everywhere, etc...

I really wanted OLED screen so I see why I got it, although if I believed how bad people claimed (and in my experience, is) I would've gotten the XZ2 Compact instead.
It's a shame Sony never made an XZ3 compact with an OLED screen and updated internals. I saw their new Xperia 5 II but having a phone so tall you can't use it with one hand without shuffling up and down kinda defeats the point of a smaller screen.

Finally a true compact phone is on the market after Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact. Even thought I never used iPhone before now I am considering to switch because iPhone 12 mini has very good specifications, compact size and software updates are going to last for next 5 years and not like on Samsung Exynos trash. I a very disappointed with Samsung and their battery endurance and quality.

He's not saying that all phones should be smaller, but that all manufacturers should offer a smaller option.
The daily interest of iPhones on gsmarena after the event shows just how many people are interested in a smaller phone - at the time of writing, the 11 Mini has more daily interest than any of the other newly released iPhones despite not even being the top-end "Pro" model.
