Apple Care is +$200 on top of that, and a fast charger is roughly +$80ish. Combine that it's around $1,700, which is $300 less than what I got my gaming laptop for a few years ago. Not to mention that is in the price of Apple's entire desktop range, and I'm not even comparing those to Windows workstation prices either.
Macbook Air - $1,000
Macbook Pro 13 - $1,300
Standard iMac - $1,100
4K Retina iMac - $1,300
High-End Mac Mini - $1,100
Top-End 512GB iPhone - Around $1,400.

Someone tried trolling saying that "5G gave them coronavirus". Coronavirus is a person-to-person contact spread, and is nothing to do with radio waves or 5G. There are also plenty of very safe forms of radiation like the cosmic rays from the sun. Like when 2G, 3G, or 4G was launched this has been the same subject since cell phones first hit the scene. Expert agencies, and an international radiation watchdog show that 5G is not a health hazard.
