roninscholar, 21 Oct 2023never had an issue with an update on my Note 5 or my Note 9...Well, I was talking about Note 20 Ultra and thats the only scamsung phone I brought. I have no idea how Note 9 or 5 worked but Note 20 U was a total disaster for me. Heat, Lag, Unresponsive, even temple run lag. I used it for 9 months and resale it in 40% of total value compare to purchase value. I got iPhoen 12 PM them and just upgraded to 14PM this Feb. both are doing great. Awesome performance and timely updates.

In Gaming Samsung Is Much Better Cuz Playing Pubg On My Brother 13proMax And The Screen Dim Lower But The S22 doesn't. Battery Is Better 0n His Iphone Tho But My S23 Ultra Last Longer Than His 14pm On Gaming.

I'm really hesitating between iphone 12 pro max and galaxy s22 plus. What di you recommend? I don't game, mainly work, browsing and camera.

I purchased both. However, the experience is very different like I mentioned in comments. Yes, s23U is an ultimate phone but let's see about the updates after ~18 months. And Samsung definately not for gaming. My tab S7 perform far better then it's mobile.

Sid, 25 Aug 2023Is it worth Buying in 2023 ? For Gaming and Camera!! Yes, you can go for 12 PM anytime. I am using this since launch and it delivered the best. Recent flagships have edge but not worth upgrading to me. As a work profile user, I still have 3+ years of stable updates. In Samsung phone every update is like fear. You never know what hardware it will disturb. I have seens endless post that after update there phone have green line issues, white patches, sluggish animations etc. They don't care once the unit is sold or a wide spread issue. I gave up my note 20 ultra within a year. That heats like lawa. Almost 35% resale value. Apple is always a better choice in service.

The iPhone 12 pro max competes with the S20 Ultra.

Now if you compare the s23 Ultra to the 14 Pro Max, the iPhone 14 Pro Max edges the s23 Ultra in almost all specs, from camera to battery and overall performance.
