Got new pro max back on November 13 and 4 times already while im talking on it, it shuts off and screen goes completely black, and after a couple of minutes comes back on. Pretty annoying, is this happening a lot,

I'm pretty disappointed with the camera on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I assumed that the first unit that I had was defective and returned it for a replacement. The second one has the same issue, so I think it's an iPhone 12 Pro Max 'feature'.
Most photos are incredible, but low light photos with bright light sources create ghost images of the lights on the image. Sometimes it's really bad and ruins the photo. For a camera with such amazing night time potential, it really sucks. It's the most disappointed that I've ever been with an Apple product.

I’ve got an 11 pro Max now, I ran PUBG mobile on HDR graphics yesterday and it’s really really smooth, no lag what so ever. I’m sure I could run it on the highest with no issues too, I haven’t had chance to try it yet.
I used to use around 12\13% battery on my XS Max doing a 30 minute round on PUBG, with my 11 pro Max i was absolutely amazed that it only used about 4% battery after 30mins playing it. Very happy with the 11 pro Max all round

iPhone 12 pro max peak of brightness aren’t 1200 nits only gsmarena it’s does reach almost 1400 nits saw test in YouTube compare to note 20 ultra and S20 ultra actually beats both phones when it comes to peaks of brghtiness.

Although the battery could have been better, the overall features especially the camera and the processor, makes this a pretty solid release of the year.

I don't know about heating during gaming, but my does not heat up. and also, i have no problem with camera not focusing. try wiping the lens if it's dirty? Also, go to apple store and have it replaced. you have a one year warranty so "IF" your problems are real, they will exchange it after running diagnostic testing.

As for your iPhone 12 Pro Max, cannot focus and take document pictures?? Did you read bad support claims on the Apple support website or do you actually have the phone?
Mine focus just fine! Just that you need to pull back abit more to get it to focus. The issue you read is about iPhone 12 Pro max have further focus length, due to the lens, thus the impact is you can't get too close to the subject for example a macro shot. And the normal Pro series with some bugs that was resolved in 14.2, but thats a seperate issue! But for normal document scanning, pdf scan it works flawlessly.
