jj, 27 Oct 2008can anyone tell me how i can change my ringtone to mp3?Not sure why you need to convert ringtune to mp3, you can simply download mp3 easily.

I was wondering how y... moreHow is it I can listen to music, browse the Internet and when an SMS comes in, the text of the message appears, with an option to read or dismiss, the web session keeps going exactly where it left off including text being entered into a form being retained, the music keeps playing, meanwhile it's connected to a bluetooth headset in case a call comes in and alarms and calendar appointments still go off while doing all this.
This is on an iPhone, which apparently doesn't multitask...
Now I may be wrong but doing a few things at once seems a lot like multitasking.

I just moved from a BlackBerry Curve. I was wondering how you can multi-task here. Someone told me this was a smartphone. On my old BlackBerry, I had Yahoo! Messenger, Windows Live Messenger, Google Talk and my emails would arrive faster than my SMS messages would. Was I duped into thinking this was a smartphone, but my concept of reality has been shaken with how good the phone is, yet unable to do the simplest of things that a smartphone can do.
Whenever I click on the button, it closes the application I was using! I was chatting with an important client using the free WebMessenger tool and it closes it when you try to view your email!
I still love the phone, but I have to honestly say that the iPhone is inferior in so many ways it's not even funny it costs twice a new BlackBerry. :(

Anonymous, 26 Oct 2008It has Windows, buggy bloated OS restricted to 65k colour, ... morethat sharp has a gorgeous screen although it has had 'coming soon' for about 56 years now so i cant see it being released. plus regardless of the sharp, the HTC screen does easily triumph over the iphone's screen.
also i dont like the way the iphone's OS is really closed. It is not like anyone can write an application and then run it on their iphone (without jailbreaking it). apple have to approve it first and stuff.
i used to quite like the iphone, but i really think it is lagging behind quite severly now

You can not compare Iphone to the other phones on the marker saying is bad or the best.
It is defferent and unik, Iphone is not missing anything it is just made that way.Apple cares about copyrights thats why no transfer by bluetooth or ituns. Read about IPHONE before you going to buy it. If you dont you will be acting like all those guys that do have Iphone now but never know anything about it before buying.
It is an wonderfull divice but not for everybody be smart and read before you buy..................

I think best phone out.... just when i start to make a call ot takes forever to here it start ringing and i dont like when it crashes on safari..... besides that like i said best phone out. ill give a 8/10

Obviously not as good as the Sharp SX862 (854 x 480 pixels (Wide-VGA), 3.2 inches) based on your contention that screen resolution is the be all and end all of a phone.
