I'm sorry there are two words that are wrong there: "Second video"
Those are two things that the Iphone cannot and WILL not do. And at 200USD a pop, how 'unique' are you going to be when everyone in the street has one?

If you're going to download apps, why don't you get them through WiFi?

The main advantage:
1-slim
2-nice shape
3-very fast
4-support HSDPA
5-low price
6-many wonderfull SW & applicatons
The main disadvg:
1-no vedio call although it is 3G!!!!
2-fixed sim, no sim swap
3-no MMS if the operator use proxy
4-very bad battery life
5-no arabic support till now
6-if battery damaged you will need to change the whole mobile.

I have to sign a contract to get it... WHOOPS. Maybe i should buy it outright? Oh wait, i can't, it costs over 500 EUROS to buy it outright... Now why would i want to spend over 500 euros for a phone that isn't even capable of making video calls and taking good quality pictures?
If i really wanted to surf the internet on wifi, i can just get the Ipod Touch which costs HALF the price, no contract obligations. Hmmmm... am i really a hater? or someone who is just ruining your tiny, tiny apple mind?

How can you say this is a bad phone and complicated to use? This is by far the easiest phone to use. There are freaking buttons on the screen and u push it to make it work. How much more easier do you want it to be? Retarded haters. Just cuz you can't afford it, don't hate it. Oh and the new one is 200 bucks... i think that's very reasonable for a new gadget! My advice... go out and buy one. You'll be awed at what you can do with it.

people complaining about iphone 3g camera limitations let me remind you that it is a IPHONE with IPOD not a ICAMERA. steve jobs really managed to put in vast extensive # of applications so people will not get bored quickly with the device and also that free apps that you can download with wifi and multitouch screen . now tell me which phone will let u do this

Granted YES there are better phones out there then an Iphone I agree BUT non of them have that unique unusual Flair about them. The Iphone Is A very Unique that tells the world that they not not only like simplicity But like being different too.
With especially the newer iphone being in 3G that will indeed be a very nice toy as well and may have the second video camera for video calss as well.
Not nice to judge people and call them stupid being that they like something different.
Everyone is different everyone has there own personal taste buds in this life.

this is already getting old
i love macs and live on them
but still
with no memory expansion slots
mediocre, at most, camera
this is turning out to be all form and no function
now an iphone with the specs f samsung's new i900 omnia
that would be perfect

Apple sucks! so expensive no video call...Yukk! You can buy Nokia or SE insert hi capacity memory if you want more storage space. I hate people bragging their iphones and those people who have it are stupid in technology. They dont value their money. All they know is for their STYLE. Beauty without brains.
