Cnet has some very good reviews on the iPhone 3G that might help with some of the speculations, current limitations, and capabilities.
Overall, the iPhone 3G maintains the same user interface and features as the predecessor with the added 3G, GPS, Microsoft exchange, and 3rd Party Applications with the addition of the App Store. What's left out is flash for photos, video recording, robust bluetooth capability, multimedia messaging, and voice dial. The lack of video recording, multimedia messaging, and voice dial is a definite heartburn for most end-users. The question that has not been validated is whether a cut and paste function exists.
Despite the long list of raging negative comments identified within the opinions of the iPhone 3G on gsmarena.com, the more economical price and overwhelming excitement set by the groundbreaking original will propel the iPhone 3G to new heights (with expected software updates to come in the future).

I dont know where some of you ppl get your info from, but the US does have a HSDPA network under AT&T, read, or research your info before your post stupidness. I am from Canada and we also have a 3G HSDPA network.....think about it, why on earth would a wireless service/phone provider offer a phone if it didnt have the technology to make money off of it....i dont think the executives are that stupid.....just thought id let you know.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970The iPhone is free with purchase—for a limited time only. But seriously, may I recommend the book: "English as a Second Language." Because obviously you are unable to read the article and posts on this very site. And, have you heard of Yahoo or Google? Sorry, maybe you are the guy who has bought the Brooklyn bridge—several times.
