nokia cheap????, lol dont make me laugh, your forgetting about thier 8800 series of phones, arte series, phones worth £1000 and over, only the rich can afford them, why would they want a iphone??
and not forgetting about vertu phones made by nokia, they sell between £10,000 upto £25,000+
only really rich people can buy those, and they wouldn't even think about the iphone, thats like a cheap chineese toy to them, so stop going about how nokia are cheap and iphones are more expensive, get your facts first.

IPho... moreI dont think the iphone is the best phone in its class. I may agree with you if you compare it with Nokias. I have a samsung i900 and have just upgraded to a B7610 Amoled (note: i8000 are alike other than the i8000 is flatscreen). I do also have a 3Gs which i use for back up and i never get to use. Feature per feature it fails miserably from CPU speed, camera, batteries, "overheating", screen clarity (the new AMOLED is great) and most of all is the price. Here in the Philippines the 3GS cost almost 2X as much as my B7610. I have switched to many hitech phones from Nokia, Ericsson, Treos and Blackberry's. So i am just sharing you based on experience.
I should have used my money to buy a pocket notebook it will give me better flexibility than this 3Gs.
Please check again the features in this website. This gsmarena is great it provides us consumers of the products being sold.

IPho... moreand plus the n900 has 5mp camera while 3gs has 3.2 mp camera with no flash or anything , just basic, and all their apps, there are plenty to make your money down , only a few of them for free, android has better apps and plenty of it are free too.

nokia , samsung , moto, sony etc release all kind of handphone from cheap, mid to highend, so that everyone around the world afford it, but what did apple do to us, selling lowend phone expensively( only 3 model ), they don care for consumer n steve jobs only care for his pocket, so why should we support a company that don care for us, only the stupid will continue worship him

IPhone i the best phone, better than n900 or any other phone in it's class. The 3Gs got unbelievable speed, and don't know how can u need a card slot when u have at least 16GB? Is there a card slot needed? Battery lasts for a whole day if u torture the phone. Bluetooth works great (can send/receive) with only 1 application. If u search for a better touch phone, i think u cant find it..... Apllications for IPhone are awesome.... U have a whole new world with the IPhone with Jailbreaking..... Everything is infront of u....
So if u search for cheaper solutions like n900, or other samsung phones or i dont know which other phones u can make a big mistake. Try to find so much apps for nokia, htc, samsung or blackberry....
P.S. My last phones where Nokia ( N95 8GB and N97), IPhone is much more interesting and with the BEST skin touch pad...
