Now I got my iPhone just a few days ago, everything is awesome! Just what I want in a phone, but - and here is my question - out of the two little speaker ports at the bottom only one works? Is does it have dual speakers or does it only have one and the other is just there for looks?

It doesn't matter which app it is, if anyone is using an app on an iPhone and a call comes in, it will knock the app out in favour of the call. According to Jobs an incoming call outranks everything, even peoples right to NOT answer it.

Tell them what's happening and ask them to make sure it autosaves like QuickOffice does.
You say you already called Apple and state that you received a VERY dubious response, you should know this.

If you want the phone only for calls go to the Nokia
