    This is just like sync and push wich iphone doesn't have.

    In both cases there are more ways to solve a problem, iPhone simply has the weakest method of doing it.

    So if you want to send a copy of anything to somone next to you, YOU eMAIL IT?

    It's like going to the post to send a letter to somebody who lives next door... d'oh...

      Websites look a lot clearer on the iPhone it adjusts the text to the size of the screen it has anti-aliasing so it looks much clearer and it has far better zooming abilities, sites on the N97 and 5800 are almost unreadable, it's almost impossible to select links.

      It's got a kickstand whoohoo! Let the pidgeons loose celebrations are in order a crappy plastic hinge is one of the greatest acheivements in human history...

        You can email a document and cc it to everyone in the room at the same time as well as anyone on earth with an email address and a way to access it, oh if they are Blackberry users they have a limit of 4MB, iPhones don't.

          bluetooth: sending recieving documents sharing them with your partners
          camera: bigger and better camera sensor you can actually use OCR (optical character recognition) for documents and business cards

          I think that's quite a lot the iPhone can't do since the rest of the features are quite the same on both devices.

            Does not have 3.5 screen
            - but it does have a higher resolution and looks much crisper (360 x 640 pixels) + a wide aspect ratio like all movies are beeing made today.

            Does not have capacitive touchscreen
            Does not have a glass screen
            (theese two are pretty much the same, capacitative = glass, glass cracks)
            -so year, barely touching it won't trigger unexpected responses.

            Does not have multi touch
            -totally true

            Does not have 600mhz processor
            - but it does play in-browser videos, and films just as good as iphone, so... what does iPhone do again with 600mhz? last till noon?

            Does not have as much RAM as the iphone
            -agreed

            Does not synch with itunes
            -that's sputid, it syncs with it's own service suite.
            -Does iPhone sync wit OVI or sony media center?

            Does not have oleophobic coating
            -does pretty much, it's not glossy

            Does not have the best music reproduction

            -and it certainly has superb music reproduction on the stereo speakers

            -Does not have access to the app store

            -sharing services can be configured for almost any website including youtube and facebook

            No geotagging
            -it's hard to find faults when you've never even had a nokia isn't it? = it does have geotagging.

            Does not come in white
            -white is smudgy and white iPhones show cracks in the case after a ew months of use - this is somewhat irrelevant

            Does not have safari
            -does have flash, plays almose any videos out on the web, can do fine witout any 3rd party apps for that.

            So out of a ridiculous unsorted list that mixes apples with oranges how much of what you postet is either true or relevant?

            And for the last time, the only way flash is a vulnerability is just like if you would click on an application you download that's packed with viruses...
            There are no viruses for iphone or symbian(via flash) or even pc in this day. Perhaps tomorrow?
            On the PC the main flash engine is simply untouchable.
            Aka no deleting replacing or modifying is possible.

            Phishing is actually a much more viable hacking source if you'll check some AV statistics.

              Sites like hulu don't support Flash-Lite anyway full Flash for phones hasn't been released.

                Your 5800 does not even have the internal storage. It's labelled a music phone yet it does not even come close to the iphone's music reproduction levels. It's cheaper than the iphone, yet still it did not sell as many as the iphone.

                  1. was released before iphone
                  2. ~costs 150$
                  3. it does almost everything on that list the same or much better + most of the stuff that iPhone doesn't do.

                  It's not the problem of who hates iPhone or what phone beats it.

                  It's the problem that an expensive phone should at least in theory beat cheaper phones.

                  What? is iPhone a bling bling carp like vertu but made for the masses???

                    I DO NOT NEED TRAILERS! I said full movies and shows and they can pe seen either via tv-out or on trips in a TGV or anywhere you don't want to cary a laptop around.
                    Am I going to pay separate for each site to get its personalized app because iPhone can't handle flash?

                    - I actually have and it's not grainy at all. It is choppy if you don't let it buffer for a few secs, and all that was in the prototypes.

                        There are lots of free apps for the iphone that would let you view movie trailers. Also, there is youtube app. So the absence of flash support on the iphone is a non issue. You said movies? Sorry, but I think you should save movies at home or your laptop. It's no fun watching it on a cell phone, plus it would drain your battery power, plus, flash support on phones are usually choppy and does not provide good movie quality. That's impractical really.                               Hello..i want to know if a seperate keyboard can be used with i-phone..thanx

                              All these apps i keep seeing on my tele is there one for the night sky ie like a planetarian app where you can scroll and see stars and names..Since i -phone uses wifi it would be good if it could link up to an outside windspeed/humidity/temparature gauge and stream results to i-phone..To me it looks a boring device with just a button but what it can do is superbly done,,i wish they would bring out a gadgety version that looks like a high tech device with LED status lights etc..I think thats wat puts most people off it looks dull like most touchscreen but it hides wat it can really do..Anyway thankxs for listening..

                                -Because noone actually tells you when you buy the iPhone that BT only works with headsets and that some stereo headsets aren't even supported.

                                -I need it for free video sharing sites that stream everything from clips to shows and full movies.
                                A friend if mine has 5800, the cpu is the only thing that should be inferior, but it doesn't feell like that, video sites load a bit slower but there's no such things as choppyness.
                                -If it doesn't handle flash, it's certainly not the "most advanced browser", why advertise it like that?

                                        Good arithmetic, by bad english boy. it was 15.600 in january and 14.000 in april out of wich 1600 were already laid off at the time that article was written.

                                        But it's never surprising to see fanboys understand JUST what they want :)))
