Keep your crappy 65k screen, you're probably colour blind so have no idea of how good 16 million colours looks in comparison.
Maybe it comes from squinting at computer screens in the dark too much over at XDA developers.

Something for remotely monitoring and administrating a network, keeping track of CRM and business expenses, opening the door and starting a hire car remotely, GPS Apps from several providers when driving around, medical and pharmaceutical Apps for keeping track of patients and medicines, full exchange support for Gmail and thousands of others.
So tell me is every "kid" like Doogie Howser or something, maybe it's time you crawled out of your parent's basement and had a look at the real world, that's if you can tear yourself away from the World of Warcraft long enough.

No offence apple people but the samsung omnia 2 beats this iphone 3gs in every aspect , ALL ASPECTS , I have the samsung and my wife has the iphone , after many hours of using both ( and honestly i am completely open minded)the sammy is overall just a better device.The iphone has some good qualities which I like but is really quite ordinary,the samsung on the other hand is extremely user friendly , samsung has really turned winmo (which used to be a chore to use)into a completely touch friendly fast windows mobile device.

poor camera,no fm radio,bluetooth function r limited screen res is below par,no wvga, apps\games r childish, big phone without good screen to match ie see specs on samsung omnia i8000 or htc touch pro,thousand of free apps on winmo

I have used Nokia (5110 to N95), Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Samsung, Siemnes in the past. I am using an iPhone for last 3 months. So my experience is quite first hand.
The iPhone have a few limitations but the only ones mentionable is lack of standard Bluetooth connectivity and multi-tasking. The other ones are very minor.
However, it has some very nice usability features. The touch screen is the most fluent and sensitive. The design is excellent. The icons look much better, sharper. Some people are claiming better resolution but I find that pictures and videos are pretty crisp.
Surprisingly, business functionality like email and calender are very mature. I configured my MS Exchange corporate email account in 5 minutes. All my email, contacts, calenders events synchronize seamlessly. I have found no difference with the latest Nokia N97 in this regard.
I am reading some posts and some are claiming that it is a low tech phone. It is a complete wrong statement. It is the MOST hi Tech phone available. The basic problem is that Apple did not unlock all the features by default. You can find many software which can unlock these features. No, you do not need to Jail Break it, you can legitimately use many missing features.
It's not a phone which have all the bells and whistle, but it definitely have "something" which other big names missing. Many will sacrifice the missing features for this "something".

I've been a winmo user for years now and finally decided to try an iphone.WOW what a phone, its a piece of junk. How anybody would prefer this over a windows based phone is beyond me, talk about limited functionality (is that word too big for you apple users).What a poor screen resolution (another biggie, but not too big),get with the times,OK I guess if you like jagged edges,and very limited software, not to mention being stuck within the sheepish community of apple then this phone might be for you.
If your after a phone to really have a good time with then go with HTC or even better Omnia 2.
