only sometimes will you have compatibility problems but there is generally a way round the problem, google will always sort you out!

And it's even more convenient for me now that I have the iphone as well. I've switched to mac, and it has been over 6 months now. There's been adjustments, but I'm getting the hang of it now. It is really a stable computer. Although you do feel restricted and limited at times, and I guess that is due to being still a part of the minority mac users. I only use my computer to surf the internet and organize photos and videos, so a mac works just great for me.

if the iphone 3g-s has the 3.5 g, they how come an apple rep and an att rep couldnt answer my question...does the iphone 3g-s run in 3.5 g network?.
perhaps the iphone 3g-s has the 3g chip only, not a 3.5 g chip.

But it's more on improvements more than anything else. Like better display resolution and zoom on its camera. It takes very good quality videos, but only when the object is right in front of you.

brenda who's to say david doesn't have a pc with itunes on? surly he can file tranfer his albums from his PC/Mac via a usb lead. i've never BT songs to a mobile its too slow compared with the aid of a usb connection..........jog on brenda!

i see no reason why anyone can dicrespect apples attemps at produceing a top end GSM mobile media unit. i have not yet got around to owning one but come mid sept i shall be phoning up o2 and making an order for the new 3gs 32g (if in stock) im a imac user and have been for 3 years with zero problems and only major satifaction from the world of mac! yes all apple electrical equiptment is rather expensive but you do buy into a top brand knowing that you will not have any problem what so ever! they just work, its as simply as that im affraid guys. being a gsm technician i have a very good knowledge of what being made well at the moment, and for some years now nokia have been in free fall allowing other to take back some of the market. samsung seem to be doing well but they have started to make there pcb boards cheaper (bringing out G models etc), SE have many many software issues but make good quality units, lets try and forget about motorola. i have been thinking about the htc hero but battery life on it is rubbish but im guessing all of the new smart phones will struggle with lasting the day out?! its simple i have an imac, its been class for over 3 years and still as quick as it was when i opened it, im thinking the iphone will couple up with my mac obviously well. you can call me a mac fanboy all you like mrs synbian/omnias/htc's/winmo users..............so
mac all the way guys, you know you would love owning one really!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was weighing up the pro`s and con`s of switching from my Nokia N95 8GB to the Apple Iphone 3GS and do you know what? i`m just gonna get myself a decent digital camera which also has HD video recording on it, job done! no more moaning about crappy camera and video, lol

BT file transfer on a phone is obviously not essential to millions of users. Are you sad that you now can't ask your friend to BT you a song? I guess now you need to get a job so you can afford to buy your own music selections, hahahaha

As a smart person, I weighed all the pros and cons before the switch so I can be sure that I am doing the right move. Unlike you who just went ahead and ordered the iphone without giving it enough evaluation and thought :) Not very smart :)

sick to death of 02 and its incompetent staff!!! how hard is it to order a new phone? yesterday, i order my flashy new White 32 gig Apple i phone 3GS, yes Mr Harris, it will be with you Wednesday morning no problem...... so this morning i check the order, i see it hasnt been dispatched, so i ring them up, sorry Mr Harris, we have NONE in stock, i see, so WHY tell me you have when i placed my order!!
i am then told i can go to the 02 shop in Oxford and pick one up there, i get all the way down there and sit down with the sales geezer, he then says SORRY, you cant have it. i`m like WHAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 02 Online havent cancelled your last order, so you cant have your new phone, i then drive home at 100mph, get back on the phone and go mental!! i`m sorry David, we dont know who told you to go down to Oxford!!
your staff told me to go to Oxford you silly silly people!! they then offer me a refund of £10 and apologise! i`m then told that my iphone will be here tomorrow and that there was NEVER a problem with my 1st order anyway, confused????? i am !! WHY did they tell me they were out of stock, 3 times!!!!

I remember, the more I saved photos in my N95, the slower and slower it becomes. The carousel gallery looked nice, but lags a lot. But you know what? If you are happy with your N95, then keep it. No one is forcing you to switch phones.

one more question, is 32gb really necessary, i mean 16gb isnt that enough for movies and music and all the apps togheter.
Cam someone give an example in how much of each fits in 16gb. I was about to buy 32 gb, but why pay more if you dont need all the storagespace, not?
