still the same , waiting in vain,and then not so happy , is this a marketing strategy ? when is the video call (dual camera) action system ?and othe mobile phones great systems ??
in my country , it cost triple the price than the u.s !

not much of a step up from the iphone 3g but for someone who's never owned an iphone before (like me) i guess it's still great

but to me its not that bad upgrade at all.

What prevents Apple I-Phone from going from good to great is
1) No dual SIM
2) No Slider Kayboard
3) No Stylus input
4) Software features still to catch up with Nokia , RIM , SE and Samsung + Win Mo / Simbian
5) No OLED Screen
6) Battery Life
7) Call drops
8) High Radiation levels (Apple wake up to this)
9) Software features that must be addred but are sold...
10) No XEON Flash

I would just like to ask a question which is not yet available on the Apple website: how long can you tape a live video, can it extend up to 10 minutes without any interruptions (video and audio combined with two people moving and talking in the picture),and can it be connected to a computer,is so, how, and can the video film thus recorded be saved on the computer and immediately projected on a screen while the film is being recorded, or only possible after the 10 minute video recording has been completed? Also, can two parties in remote centres see each other while the video recording is taking place, or only after the recording has taken place, and if so, how? Does one have to click on Save and send?

actually the contract is more crappier than the phone. while you can enjoy N97 or Omnia hd for free, apple is binding you. some selling strategy, either you love it and become hard die loyalists, or you just hate it!

Does iphone 3GS include Radio functionality ? now I'm using iphone 2G, can I upgrade firmware to iphone 3.0 OS ? ;-) . I just wonder about that. By the way,Iphone should built-in Bluetooth technology that can be used to share data with other phone modellike Nokia, Sony Erricsion ..etc. Because now I'm using third party software called "IBluetooth" to connect to another phone. it's bad one, I think Iphone should improve it with this point. Thanks :p

it's a good effort on Apple's part but it still falls short, way short...there are still a lot of features missing that're already common features with other high-end phones like this...still I am sure that with the lower price tag, it will, as usual, get a lot of people to line up when it finally comes out...I guess one would have to be a true-blue Apple fanboy to get really excited about this new version...but it's not enough reason for me to get an upgrade from the last iPhone....not quite yet...nice try anyway, Apple...

how is it two times faster when its now running at 600mhz. its had a 600mhz processor from the start it was just underclocked to 400mhz and then brought up to 412mhz. and the processor is a samsung one by the way or atelast has been. good phone yes but how can they say its the fastest most powerful when half of it is still behind in the specs list.

All the losers come out to play...
Apple have extended the functionality of the iPhone and still all the thickheads don't get it...
...software and hardware integrated to work flawlessly like no other phones before or since.
We'll have to wait for a teardown after the 19th to find out what's under the hood.
Once again GSM Arena's voting system shows it's worthlessness which is why we've blocked the site across 120 stores in Australia.

I suggest the iPhone 3G S to be available in Cambodia, I also request Apple to add Khmer Unicode support to iPhone 3.0, I would like to see the title of the songs in Khmer, I would like the browse Khmer Unicode website for news.....
There are around 10 network operator in Cambodia.
I love iPhone, currently I own an iPhone 3G 8GB.

There is no reason that this phone could not have been iphone 1..... except for 32gb and maybe 7.2mbps..... Apple blows.
