Not only is the product it self great, but the support we get for it puts apple far above any of its competitors..for example: there is apple stores right across almost every major shopping center in north america, where if your phone shows signs of any defect you bring it in and they repair it.
Now nokia, samsung, motorola...no one has this... this is why they hold the gold for products and services.

Yes we can say right now that the galaxy s2 seems to be greater specs, ok, but that doesnt stop the iphone from being 1 of the best phones in the world.
