Please don't even try to compare the IPhone 4 with anything else, see the quantity of models by all the competitors ahahahahha, all trying to get close. By the way this site does not like apple. APPLE IPHONE 4 SIMPLY THE BEST AND THE REST IS THE REST.

Obviously if you already have the VLC app you can continue to use it.
