Nokia were in a fight with qualcomm for years, which to my reckoning is why Nokia can't get a hold of snapdragons and the likes hence forced to use slow ARM's CPU, but that also didn't end up in payout.
So good luck coz you are gonna have wait a mighty long time to see Apple pay out. Both have stolen from each other so chances of outside of court are highly likely. There's a lot of clever little eye candy tricks that Apple introduced and we are now seeing on Symbian

Apple is going to make Nokia rich next year by paying all of Nokia's patents they have been using in virtually all of their products. Billions of dollars will make Nokia innovate new ideas to connecting people.
Apple tried to deceive ITC but when they investigated, they found out that Nokia haven't infringed on Apple's patents.

The best from apple. I was worried about the antenna problems, nothing had happened so far for the last month. The new HDR recording is mind blowing.
But be ware if you do not have a data bundle package for your connection.
