The ITC siding with Nokia or merely expressing their opinion, doesn't mean Apple has lost the battle, it's all gotta go before a judge and if he/she is an Iphone fan, Apple are not losing no battle.

Oh that's right because it's not as good as my iPhone.
How come my iPhone doesn't have all the cool Apps from a phone network on it, the one's that take up room and can't be deleted and are useless except for adding expenses to your phone bill for useless stuff?
Oh that's right, because Apple doesn't allow Network crapware.
How come my iPhone doesn't have phone company logo's plastered all over it?

How come at night my iPhone 4 makes a bright light when taking photo's?
Must be the flash that the Galaxy DOESN'T have.
Keep your Android junk, thanks I'll stick with my iPhone at least the GPS works.

the OS is unparallel. But after spending so much rupees (money)we can not use it as a laptop or mac. No video calling over GPRS, only 5 MP camera (comperaing to others of 8 to 12 mp), no hindi language on key board (even though a larger population), itunes sucks as it needs to connect to PC every time while downloading, lack of navigation keys like trackball and optical trackball, unlocking after every update etc. are the headaches of apple iphone. The Android phone like xperia, htc desire, galaxy, and nokia n8 are best handy phones.

Its a big improvement on 3GS, the main benefit is improved voice quality, and no call drop outs. Iphone has always been an awesome multimedia device, but the voice quality and as a bare bones telephone it was always dissatisfying.
I have had 3GS and now upgraded to 4 2 weeks ago, new batch, no antenna issues, would strongly recommend it. In addition you get HD photo/video, video calling, awesome screen, WIFI printing. And the device is sharp, quality product. I used tohave HTC Desire and dont rate it to be honest

samsung galaxy is as good as iphone , much better apps than iphone, even htc desire vl beat the market of i phone.

[deleted post]itunes is single best music store ever created. Only people with low IQ don;t know how to use it. It controls piracy and helps more apps develooped. wp7 also change it file transfer to zune sw which follows apple footsteps.
