i do respect apple but dey
hav simply dissappointed me
dis tym,may b next tym dey
could cum up wid something
gud dat can do atleast d most
basic function dat is 2 make a
call
P.S samsung does make good
phones but not necessarily d
best,m writing d review
using my samsung phone,but
1 thing dat dey do is make
basic phone functions work
like a normal universal SIM
card slot.
Ppl dont go by d
controversies or d media
hype trust ur hearts n make a
gud decesion which u dont
have 2 regret in d future n do
care abt ur hard earned
money,
as for i will never use d ip4
coz i am an independent
person n cant use a device
which has so many
restrictions 2 it,nmay b in d
future apple comes up wid
something gr8 i might
purchase it.

k,dose of u iphone fans who
say dat success of a product is
measured by stock value n
not tech things lyk
gigabyte,megapixel etc.
K den dis means in my
country d iphone sales hav
been pathetic 2 say d least,in
a country dat currently has d
3rd maximum number of
mobile phone users,a
country whereRIM n android r
making record sales 1
quarter after d another n
even symbian having a large
num of users,where is
apple??
U see,number crunching is
for hardcore apple
defendents n sales fact
should b computed for each
country individually,
so u cant claim d iphone 2 b
d best fone ever made n blah
blah....

in india,
d maximum sales r for
symbian followed very
closely by RIM n den d fastest
growing android,even
windows mobile does
manage 2 find some takers
but no sales for iphone
(hardly any sales even not
worth mentioning)
figure dis
in my country iphone(16gb)
costing almost rs40000
samsung galaxy s(16gb) for
rs27500 + ipodtouch 4th gen
for rs12500(basic 16gb).
So whosoever said samsung
is expensive dan apple
needs a reality check.

To EVERYONE:
Case in example where I say Nokia smartphones fits my needs more than others. After reading the 'Cons' for the GSMArena iphone 4 review, these two particular 'Cons' I would find hard to adjust to:
I am now quoting GSMArena's CONS for the iphone 4...
Main disadvantages
1. •No true multitasking for all applications
Well where Nokia is concerned, the Symbian multitasking is great. Maybe the absolute best of all smartphones. You can switch between anything, anywhere, anytime without causing problems with the applications you have running. Even a Blackberry lover told me sometime ago that Nokia smartphones have true multitasking.
2. •No file transfer over Bluetooth or USB Mass Storage mode
Even non-smart phones from Nokia support files transfer over bluetooth from many years ago so this is unacceptable from a phone that's supposed to be smart, furthermore a just released phone like the iphone 4.
GSMArena listed 13 main disadvantages for the iphone 4 but I only listed two because these are the most vital for me.
These are smartphones basics and if I can't have them I don't want that phone. I don't care about the camera, the high resolution in the screen etc. the basics are even more important.
This is just my point in showing why Nokia suits me better. Keep it clean people.

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2010Nokia n8 @ 95%
Yes iphone 4 is better @ 44%
Nokia N8 95% people finding out how lame it is...
...just another underpowered piece of Symbian junk with a pretentious camera.
"Memory Full", wtf is with that?
iPhone just has memory used for everything, none of this a bit for the system, some for Apps, some for messages another bit for media, just memory, nice and simple the way people like it.

The iphone 4 screen is not scratch proof as they claim. I have one and I decided to experiment by using my car key to scratch the screen and to my amazement it scratched. so they should go back to the drawing table and work things out

Does the problem with signal has been resolved?
Do you have problems because the way you hold the phone?
And please guys don't argue everyone chose the phone that it think is good for him sow it doesn't make sens to argue witch is better.
Thanks,

Retina display, 5mp, 32GB, gyro, multitasking, folders - sounds great. Everybody is talking mega pixels and MHz... BUT guys, it feels AWFUL in hand! And you will agree it is important.
3GS i better choice until next iPhone - and i hope the designers will not make something that will hurt our hands while using it.

Original_Jamaican, 03 Oct 2010People it's simple. A whole lot more people log into the N8... moreI agree with Original_Jamaican, just about every spot. If you have visited the N8 page you have probably seen my posts. I bought one last thursday and I'm absolutely loving it.
However, the whole time I've been posting and now too, if someone comes ask what should I buy, iPhone or N8, I have often told people to buy the iPhone 4, cos it may better suit for their needs. This is often when they wanna play games and like alot of apps and dont necessary need/value the hardware features of the N8 or stuff like free offline navigation.
There are some things in which the iPhone 4 is the best. Otherwise it wouldn't be as popular as it is. However we have to remember that there are more options than being the best and sucking. The N8 may not be as fast as the iPhone, does it mean it's slow? No.
The hating needs to stop from both ends, these are very different devices that serve very different purposes, both are great at what they do.

People it's simple. A whole lot more people log into the N8 forum daily compared to Iphone 4...hence the 95% for N8 and 44% for iphone4.
Whoever have an iphone 4 and loves it then continue enjoying it. I'm sure it has the right ingredients to keep you holding on to it. I hate to see us cursing over which phone is better and this goes for all phones which are argued about, not just Nokia and Apple. We all need to learn that each phone has at least one thing that another doesn't have. It's all about which phone meets our needs best.
I'm an avid Nokia phone lover and most of my phones have been Nokia phones but I give credit where credit is due. I won't say Nokia phones does the best in every area but it does the best where it really counts...especially in the telephony department which is the main reason why we purchased a phone anyway, for the primary reason of making calls.
If I see where a another manufacturer excel better in a certain area then I will commend that manufacturer.
All in all though from my personal experiences, I honestly believe you can't go wrong with a Nokia. They are strong, durable, robust, can withstand rain of other form of water and they are lasting. All of my Nokia phones fell from me and not one of them stopped working.
Nokia is extreme value for money. Once again, this is based on my experiences. God bless you all.
